Freedom to Love

Our Mission

We believe every person deserves connection, compassion, and the chance to be heard — no matter where they are.

Our Story

Connection beyond walls

Cuff & Key was founded on a simple belief — that walls should never be the end of human connection. We created this platform to bridge the distance between incarcerated individuals and the outside world, one letter at a time. Our pen-pal community has helped thousands of people find friendship, encouragement, and hope.
